GROOF is a GRILL & COCKTAIL bistro situated on the green roof of NIVY Centrum.
Friendly attitude and chill atmosphere is our speciality.
We offer handcrafted dishes directly from the grill, our unique cocktails, craft beer and refreshing lemonades.
We change the MENU throughout the year, always according to the season, when the flavor profile of the ingredients is at its peak.
In addition, we only work with local suppliers with high standards and an emphasis on sustainability and ecology.
They are farmers, breeders and fishermen from Slovakia and the immediate vicinity of Bistro GROOF, about whom we would like to tell you more personally.
We prepare our food on fire, because as we say, fire is the best spice…
